She specializes in insurance verification, claims processing and pre-treatment estimates as well as assisting patients with appointment scheduling. Her passion for customer service and great sense of humor make her the perfect choice for making a good first impression with our patients.

Jennifer has been working in the dental field as a receptionist for the last 4 years. She will provide you the best customer service when it comes to treatment planning, insurance verification and appointment scheduling. She is most involved with insurance coordination in the office.
